As far as anyone can tell, it looks like you have it together. People don’t realize how often you doubt yourself or worry about making mistakes. You love the people around you but recently you feel more irritable and frustrated. Furthermore, you feel tired, disappointed, and secretly worry that you might be the problem.
You feel stuck.
You tried to make changes to help yourself feel better but nothing seemed to work. Yet, part of you recognizes, if you could figure out how to get out of your own way, you could be capable of some really amazing things. You realize something needs to change, even if you don’t know what that something is. You are ready to try something new.
You want to feel confident in yourself and good about your relationships. You want to remember what its like to enjoy spending time with the people you love. You crave the security and comfort that comes when you show up everyday as your whole self. You don’t want your fears and insecurities to prohibit you from going after what you really want.
I understand what it's like to want change but not know how to get there.
